We are hiring Senior Associates-Taxation in to join our dynamic tax practice.
You will work closely with Managers and Partners on tax compliance, audit, and advisory assignments—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely client delivery.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Tax Compliance
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
- Prepare and file Tax Audit Reports (Form 3CD) along with required annexures and documentation.
- Handle filings of Forms 15CA/CB, 26QB, SFT and other statutory forms.
- Statutory Audits and Preparation of financial statements under Schedule III (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Notes to Accounts) in compliance with applicable accounting standards and the Companies Act.
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements under the Income Tax Act, GST law, and Companies Act.
GST Compliance
- Prepare and file GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.
- Support in reconciliations and addressing GST-related queries.
- GST registrations
Tax Assessments & Departmental Representation
• Draft and submit replies to notices and queries from the Income Tax and GST departments.
• Coordinate with senior team members during hearings, assessments, and appeals.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience:
• Any graduate (with accounting and tax as part of curriculum) – 3 to 8 Years of experience in Tax Department in CA firms (Apart from articleship) (or)
• CA semi qualified – minimum 1 year in Tax Department in CA firms (Post articleship)
Mandatory: Experience in a CA firm / consulting practice
• Strong exposure to Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Statutory & Tax Audits.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• This role is ONLY for candidates with prior experience in a CA firm / consulting practice
• Applicants from corporate/industry tax departments will NOT be considered.
