Prashant Bothra is a Partner at PKC Management Consulting and heads the firm's Risk Advisory practice. He trained in Audit & Assurance at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, working on statutory audits, tax audits, and certifications, before joining Asian Paints as one of the youngest managers in its Internal Audit department leading audits across capital expenditure, materials, and sales, including the audit of a major manufacturing facility under construction at the time. He has also co-founded and grown a South India-based manufacturing business supplying industries including construction, automotive, and steel, recognized for its work in sustainable manufacturing, and founded Fhero Accounting Solutions, a tech-enabled accounts outsourcing firm. At PKC since 2022, he leads a team of 150 professionals serving mid-sized businesses, family enterprises, and startups across business process design, ERP implementation, tax and GST advisory, cost and inventory optimization, and manufacturing efficiency, with a focus on hands-on implementation rather than recommendations alone.
